Registered Nurse - Progressive Care/Stepdown, Days

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down unit, providing high-intensity nursing care bridging ICU and medical-surgical units. Responsibilities Include Performing comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care tailored to patient needs and conditions.Coordinating activities of support staff and overseeing patient care quality.Educating patients and families, documenting care, and communicating concerns to the healthcare team. Qualifications Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible.Current Georgia RN license or multistate license; BLS certification required.Hospital nursing experience preferred; Bachelor's degree and advanced certifications are a plus.
