Registered Nurse - Progressive Care/Stepdown, Days

We are seeking a qualified RN for the Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down unit, providing high-intensity nursing care between ICU and medical-surgical units. Key Responsibilities Include Performing comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.Executing care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes, appropriate to patient needs and condition severity.Overseeing support staff activities and providing patient and family education.Documenting care and communicating effectively with healthcare team members. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of a nursing program with an active Georgia RN license and BLS certification.New graduates are eligible; prior hospital experience preferred.Strong leadership, communication, initiative, and judgment skills; ability to handle stressful situations.Bachelor’s degree and specialized certifications are advantageous.
