Registered Nurse, Progressive Care

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Progressive Care to provide compassionate, high-quality care bridging critical care and medical-surgical services. You'll perform patient assessments, initiate appropriate interventions, and develop care plans, utilizing advanced technology to enhance patient outcomes in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and identify patient needs
• Implement nursing interventions based on patient condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
• Conduct quality assessments and contribute to patient safety
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver timely care

Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ACLS certification within six months of hire
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
