Position Overview Location: Mercy Hospital Stoddard, Dexter, MO Department: ER Schedule: PRN with varying/rotating shifts Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensurePhysical ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds, and stand or walk for extended periodsBasic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on unit Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care using the nursing processAssess and evaluate patient needs and care effectivenessEnsure patient rights, confidentiality, and safetyCollaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care Preferred qualifications include advanced certifications and specialized experience, which enhance patient care capabilities.
