Registered Nurse - PRN Tier 3 Days - NICU

About the role

Registered Nurse providing high-level, technical nursing care to patients in a NICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating care using the nursing process.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and deliver accurate medication and IV administration.
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families, and document patient information timely and accurately.
• Support patient and family education, promote teamwork, and adhere to hospital standards.
• Take responsibility for professional growth and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility.
• Minimum of 1 year NICU RN experience.
