Registered nurse providing specialized, professional nursing care for patients in a high-quality, acute-care setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
- Ensure accurate communication of patient information
- Administer medications and IVs safely and timely
- Support patient and family education
- Collaborate with the healthcare team
- Take initiative for professional growth
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year NICU RN experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
