Registered Nurse - PRN - Nights

Role: RN Clinical Nurse, a vital member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: Performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.Providing relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient populations.Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education, ensuring patient goals guide care plans.Practicing according to current clinical standards and supporting performance improvement initiatives.Coordinating safe, quality care and fostering teamwork through interdisciplinary communication and documentation.Participating in professional development, mentoring, and supporting a healthy work environment.Promoting evidence-based practice, research, and compliance with organizational policies and safety standards.Supporting resource management and protocol development to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Associate's Degree in nursing; Bachelor's preferred.Current licensure as a registered nurse, with multi-state licensure preferred.Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and related advanced life support certifications.Minimum of one year recent, relevant acute care experience.Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills.Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies professionally.
