Registered Nurse - PRN Nights

Role Overview: The registered nurse provides high-level, technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver both direct and indirect care. Responsibilities: Adhere to hospital standards to foster a cooperative work environment through effective communication and teamwork. Take responsibility for patient/family education and ensure clear, timely documentation. Create and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, ensuring accurate medication and IV administration. Utilize the nursing process to ensure quality care throughout the patient episode. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing school, hold a current Texas nursing license or eligibility, and possess at least six months of RN experience. Maintain current Basic Life Support certification. Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills. Commit to professional growth and responsible performance.
