Provide coordinated patient care to Observation, Inpatient, and Swing patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1, collaborating with therapy teams to support patient recovery and return to daily life. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality care in a small hospital setting, focusing on patient recovery and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license (state or compact)
- Ability to perform physical duties including lifting 50 pounds, standing, walking, and various movements
Certifications
- ACLS and BLS (or completed within 30 days)
- Additional certifications as required
