Registered Nurse - PRN

Position Overview: Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a reputable long-term care facility. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized patient care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments, and revise care plans accordingly. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Implement department policies, foster excellent patient service, and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications & Skills Licensed/registered RN in applicable state in good standing.Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing.Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience.Current CPR certification; must remain current.Strong communication, reasoning, and judgment skills.Customer service-oriented attitude and positive demeanor.Ability to interpret policies and work productively with a team.
