Registered Nurse - PRN

Role Overview The registered nurse provides professional and technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). They support the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic goals by creating a safe, therapeutic environment and ensuring quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct and indirect patient care in accordance with hospital standards.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure understanding and collaboration.Administer medications and IV therapies accurately and safely.Maintain thorough, timely documentation of patient information.Promote a cooperative work environment through teamwork and interpersonal skills.Assume responsibility for patient and family education and engagement.Engage in professional growth and adhere to safety protocols.Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care and team functions. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school.Current Basic Life Support certification.Valid nursing license or eligible to practice in the state.At least 12 months of RN experience.
