Registered Nurse - PRN

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality in alignment with organizational standards. Qualifications & Certifications: Must have a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN) and hold a current RN license. Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, or specialized unit-specific credentials based on the department. Ongoing certification maintenance is expected. Key Responsibilities Utilize nursing skills to assess, plan, and implement patient care.Evaluate care provided by team members to ensure quality standards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.Uphold patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality.Perform physical duties including lifting, standing, walking, and reaching to support patient care. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform various physical movements necessary for patient care.
