About the role
Join an emergency department team as a Registered Nurse in a critical access hospital setting, providing care to Observation, Inpatient, and Swing patients with a 5:1 patient/nurse ratio.
Responsibilities
- Providing coordinated, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with therapy and healthcare teams to facilitate patient recovery
- Maintaining current licensure and certifications such as ACLS and BLS
- Performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, walking, and manual dexterity activities
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license and compliance with state requirements
- Experience preferred but not required; six months of LPN or RN experience is a plus
- Physical ability to meet job demands
