Overview Of The Nursing Role

This position involves utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Qualifications And Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure, meeting all state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Current life support certifications, including BLS and, depending on the specialty, ACLS or PALS, obtained within 90 days of hire

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds regularly
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
