About the Role
Provide professional, technical nursing care to patients through direct and indirect care using the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care using assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and accurate communication of patient information.
- Administer medications and IV therapies safely and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and families, promote teamwork, and adhere to hospital standards.
- Maintain effective communication and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Support the hospital mission and perform other assigned tasks.
- Take responsibility for professional growth and performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility for licensure.
- At least six months of Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
