Registered Nurse - PRN

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and adheres to organizational standards. Qualifications: RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), and experience as a NICU RN.Certifications: BLS required; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or others may be required based on unit needs. Must obtain BLS within 30 days of hire.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and kneeling.
