Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing neurosurgical procedures and managing neurological disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Maintain patient safety, monitor neurological status, and administer treatments.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive patient care environment.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Active Maryland RN license and BLS certification essential.
• Enrolled in BSN/MSN program within 1 year if holding an associate degree.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.

Work Environment

• Work on a 32-bed adult inpatient unit with specialized Brain Rescue and Stroke Center certification.
• Rotating shifts in a casual/on-call schedule, with varied hours.
