Registered Nurse - PRN

About the Role

Provide professional, technical nursing care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver direct and indirect patient care.
• Support a safe, therapeutic environment, ensuring accurate communication.
• Administer medications and IVs safely.
• Collaborate with team members to provide quality care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Maintain compliance with hospital standards and protocols.
• Take initiative for professional growth and development.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active nursing license in Texas or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum of six months of RN experience.
