Registered Nurse - PRN

Role: Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at a Critical Access Hospital. Responsibilities: Provide coordinated, high-quality patient care, working closely with therapy teams to support patient recovery and return to pre-hospitalization lifestyle. Maintain a patient/nurse ratio of 5:1 and adapt to varying/rotating shifts. Ensure safety and comfort through physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and maneuvering in patient care activities. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Valid RN license or compact licensure, meeting state requirements.Experience not required; six months preferred.Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform bending, kneeling, and reaching.Certifications: BLS and ACLS (training provided if not already certified); additional certifications as needed by the unit. Key Duties: Deliver exceptional nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adhere to safety protocols. Maintain required certifications and physical demands to ensure quality patient outcomes.
