Nightshift Supervisor Registered Nurse in a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Community.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities of nursing assistants to meet resident needs.
- Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments to plan care.
- Administer direct resident care, including medication management.
- Communicate with residents' families regarding condition changes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
- Preferred experience in long-term care and supervisory roles.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Strong written and oral communication, active listening.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
