About the Role
The PRN Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct resident care, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care in a long-term care setting. They serve as the shift leader, overseeing nursing routines, supervising personnel, and assuming "Building Charge" responsibilities as directed. The RN ensures accurate charting, documentation, and assessment, participates in committee meetings, and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado
- CPR Certification
- Preferred experience in long-term care
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
