About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home-based care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs and physician input
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness
- Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors
- Provide healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning as needed
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the practicing state
- Health certificate, BLS certification, and current PPD or Chest X-ray
- Preferred at least one year of RN experience
