Responsibilities
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships within the practice and other departments.
- Implements and monitors patient care plans to ensure effective treatment.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Leads and mentors staff to ensure optimal performance and competency in care delivery.
- Conducts holistic, individualized assessments of each patient considering age, physiological, and psychological status.
- Documents all phases of patient status while responsible for their care.
- Participates in the transfer of patient information to ensure continued quality care.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay
$33.60 - $56.52
Professional Development
Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20% through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria. Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.
