The facility offers short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care, physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and ongoing restorative therapy to maintain residents' mobility and independence. What You Will Do
- Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality.
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
What You Need
- Possess an Active RN license in the state of residence.
- Current/active CPR Certification.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
