Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify and address quality and safety gaps.
- Analyze patient safety and quality data to drive improvements.
- Coach and mentor caregivers to build clinical confidence.
- Develop practice guidelines and improvement initiatives to elevate care delivery at the unit or division level.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Active RN license from the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (5 years preferred).
