Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical leaders to identify and address quality and safety gaps
• Analyze patient safety data to inform improvements
• Coach caregivers to enhance clinical skills
• Develop practice guidelines to elevate care standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license from the relevant state
• Certification in BLS (obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Minimum of 2 years relevant nursing experience; 5+ years preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and mentorship skills
