Registered Nurse - Post Surgical & Stroke Unit, Full-time Nights

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Providing patient education and counseling
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Knowledge of current nursing practices and standards
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
