About the Role
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Joint Base Andrews in Washington, D.C.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (any state)
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a clinical nurse in the medical/surgical or critical care inpatient setting
- Experience with newborn to geriatric population
- Minimum of one year of experience in post anesthesia/sedation
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Highly organized, self-directed worker able to function in a high-volume environment without distractions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- 8 hours per day
