About the role
We are seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation RN responsible for delivering direct and indirect patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Patient assessment
- Patient education
- Care coordination
- Assisting with in‑office procedures
- Managing patient communication via calls and messaging
- Planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating care
- Demonstrating leadership through mentorship, committee participation, and quality improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- At least one year of RN experience
- Current RN license
- BLS certification

- Computer proficiency
