Role: Registered Nurse - OR | Location: Arlington Heights | Type: Full time
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of outcomes.
- Revise care plans based on patient needs and clinical judgment.
- Follow physician orders, hospital policies, Illinois Nurse Practice Act, and ANA standards.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program; BSN required within three years if hired with ASN after May 1, 2014.
- Current Illinois nursing license and CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
Duties & Expectations
- Provide safe, personalized patient care in a 3p to 11:30p schedule, including call, weekends, and holidays.
- Adhere to professional standards and ethical practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
