Registered Nurse - Per Diem Nights

Role: This is a per diem Float Pool Registered Nurse position requiring flexibility to work across all hospital units. Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect patient care, perform head-to-toe assessments for diverse patient populations, and utilize triage to prioritize timely care. Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians, reassess pain levels, and educate patients and families on pain management. Participate in performance improvement activities and adapt to various departmental needs with supervision. Qualifications & Skills: Current NV nursing license, ACLS & BLS certification, PALS certification (to be obtained within six months), and a minimum of two years of recent critical care or emergency department experience. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and multitasking skills are essential. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality patient care, evaluate outcomes, collaborate with healthcare teams, and respond quickly to patient needs.
