Registered Nurse - Per Diem Nights

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem position on the Medical/Telemetry Unit with a night shift. Key responsibilities include assessing patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and performing hourly rounds to enhance safety and communication. The RN collaborates with patients and families to meet their educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs, following communication practices like SBAR to ensure safe transitions of care. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited RN program, valid Nevada nursing license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least one year of full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care.
