Registered Nurse - Per Diem Nights

Role: Float Pool Registered Nurse providing direct and indirect patient care across various hospital departments, ensuring compassionate treatment and effective communication with physicians regarding patient conditions. Responsibilities: Performing bedside reports, conducting head-to-toe assessments, managing pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients, utilizing triage processes, and recognizing cardiac dysrhythmias with ACLS protocols. Ability to respond quickly to clinical changes and collaborate with healthcare teams is essential. Qualifications & Skills Current NV nursing licenseCurrent BLS & ACLS certificationMinimum of two years of acute care experience Key Duties: Delivering high-quality patient care, evaluating outcomes, adjusting nursing processes, and ensuring timely interventions. Must be willing to float across units and perform general nursing duties with supervision.
