Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care across all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; if holding an Associate Degree, must obtain a Bachelor’s Degree within five years.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years of NICU Level 3 RN experience.
• Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS certification, and NRP certification within six months of employment.
