Registered Nurse - Per Diem Night

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem position on our Medical/Telemetry Unit. This role involves providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care by assessing psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs, and developing individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Conduct hourly rounds to enhance patient safety and communication.
• Collaborate with patients and families to meet their physical and emotional needs.

Requirements

• Current Nevada nursing license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least one year of acute care experience.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork.
