Registered Nurse - Per Diem Night

About the role

Provide professional nursing care in the Emergency Department during night shifts, in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and recognize changes in status.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet unit goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing (or actively acquiring it within five years if holding an associate degree).
• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Certifications: CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS.
