Registered Nurse (Per Diem Days)

Role Overview: Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, emphasizing Patient Centered Care principles. Responsibilities: Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, overseeing and guiding staff under supervision, and demonstrating Service Excellence standards consistently. Qualifications: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, with a preference for BSN. Must have at least one year of acute care experience or complete a specialty course within six months of hire. Active RN license in Nevada, along with current BLS, ACLS (adults), and PALS (pediatric) or NRP (neonatal) certifications, are mandatory.
