Registered Nurse (Per Diem Days)

Role Overview: Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies, standards, and patient-centered principles. Offers professional leadership and supports the healthcare team, demonstrating Service Excellence standards consistently. Oversees and guides team members under supervision. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing services, foster teamwork, and promote positive patient outcomes through evidence-based practices. Support staff development and ensure adherence to safety and performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferredOne-year acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months of hireCurrent RN license in the stateValid BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP as required by departmentSuccessful completion of pre-employment assessments Additional Requirements: Must pass assessments and hold certifications relevant to department needs. RN graduates must have an interim license from the Nevada State Board of Nursing and work under supervision.
