Registered Nurse - Per Diem

Position: Registered Nurse - Infusion, providing high-quality, individualized nursing care for infusion therapy patients and their families in accordance with nursing standards and protocols. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the infusion center.Manage vascular access, prepare and administer injectable and infused agents safely.Perform nursing activities per policies, maintain competency, and contribute to professional development.Collaborate with team members, promote safety, and document thoroughly.Supervise staff and support quality improvement initiatives.Recognize and respond to emergency situations effectively. Qualifications & Skills Minimum one year of staff nurse experience; infusion or hematology/oncology experience preferred.Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.Current Illinois Nursing license and CPR certification required.Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification preferred.
