Registered Nurse - PEDS/Med- Surg
About the role
Full-Time and Part-time positions available. Candidate will perform the primary functions of a RN in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of all assigned patients on the unit during her/his shift.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure in the state of PA
- Participates in educational conferences, updates and maintains professional knowledge and skills related to areas of responsibilities
- Prior nursing experience preferred

Constantly (Exists 75% or more of the time): Moving
Frequently (Exists 25-75% of the time): Standing; walking; reaching (overhead, forward, lateral, low); stooping (bend at waist); crouching (bend at knees); twisting; balance; lifting and carrying 0-25 lbs.
Occasionally (Exists 5-25% of the time): Sitting with and without back support; climbing; crawling; lifting and carrying 25-75 lbs.; pushing and pulling 0 - >100 lbs. (help is available pushing 75 - >100 lbs./pulling 0 - >100 lbs.); operating machinery; exposure to infect hazards, slippery surfaces, moving machinery, fumes.
Rarely (Exists under 5% of the time): Lifting and carrying 75 - >100 lbs. (help is available >100 lbs.); exposure to radiation, chemical hazards, vibration.
Sensory Requirements
- Visual: close paperwork, color vision
- Hearing: conversation, monitoring equipment, telephone, background noise
