Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices and technology. Key duties include: performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans with patient, family, and team involvement, directing care delivery through delegation and coordination, and evaluating patient outcomes to revise plans as needed.
