Registered Nurse - Pediatrics - Acute Care - Nights - Per Diem

Position Overview: Provides professional nursing care aligned with Illinois regulations and hospital policies. Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegates appropriate tasks to staff and collaborates as part of a team to achieve unit goals. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing schoolCurrent Illinois nursing licenseCPR certification from the American Heart AssociationStrong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skillsAbility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidaysTeam-oriented with a focus on patient-centered care Key Duties: Deliver safe, effective nursing care, monitor patient status, recognize changes, and document observations accurately.
