Position Overview Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies, utilizing critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, and monitor progress. Delegates tasks appropriately and collaborates as part of a team to achieve unit goals.
