Registered Nurse - Pediatrics - Acute Care - Nights - Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather comprehensive health information.
• Develop and coordinate care plans, ensuring interventions are timely and effective.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members in person, via phone, and in writing.
• Tailor patient and family education based on assessed needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid nursing license in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
