Role Overview

Provides patient assessment, collects health data, and coordinates individualized care plans. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring safe, timely, and appropriate interventions. Participates in quality improvement initiatives and maintains current nursing knowledge aligned with standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Successful completion of an accredited Associate's or BSN degree
• Current Illinois nursing licensure
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association
