Join Ascension, a leading nonprofit Catholic health system, at Ascension Peyton Manning Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. This full-time night shift position in the Pediatric/Cardiac ICU offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous clinical assessment and monitoring of pediatric intensive care patients.
• Manage life support, ensure pharmacological accuracy, and maintain vascular integrity through advanced technical interventions.
• Serve as a clinical liaison, providing holistic advocacy, ethical support, and family-centered care.
• Participate in rapid response situations and collaborate with emergency leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Uphold unit safety standards and contribute to a team-based care environment.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse credential from the Indiana Board of Nursing (required prior to hire).
• BLS Provider certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) obtained within 1 month of hire.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (required by hire date).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (preferred).
• Experience in Pediatric Critical Care or Cardiovascular care (preferred).
