Role: Registered Nurse in Pediatric Cardiac ICU Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based, family-centered care to infants and children with complex cardiac conditions.Perform continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring.Manage ventilators and central lines, administer medications.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Mentor peers and support quality and safety initiatives.Engage in ongoing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure.Experience or knowledge in pediatric critical care or cardiac care preferred.Strong clinical skills in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and medication administration.Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentorship abilities.Commitment to compassionate, inclusive, and growth-oriented patient care environment.
