In the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) the nurse‑to‑patient ratio is 1:3, enabling nurses to truly impact patients and families. Collaborative rounds involve nurses in decision‑making, a new computerized documentation system allows bedside charting, and the nursing leadership team partners with education staff to provide career enhancement and professional development opportunities. Requirements
- RN license – New Hampshire state or any other compact state
- BCLS certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS certification within 1 year of hire
