Role Overview Provides comprehensive direct patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Prioritizes patient wellness and safety, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, models proficiency through precepting, and contributes to quality care at the point of care.
