Registered Nurse - PCU Charge Nurse

Hospitals on Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - PCU Charge Nurse in the Bradenton, FL area. Applicants with experience in Assistant Nurse Manager, Bariatric, BiPap monitoring, CNO, COVID, CVA, Cardiac Drip Management, Charge, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, DKA patients, Director, High acuity patients, Manager, Post cardiac intervention, Sheath pulls, Supervisor, or VP are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care on the PCU unit
• Coordinate and delegate tasks among nursing staff
• Assess patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Florida RN license
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
• Experience in charge nurse role preferred

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of critical care and intensive care units
